ESA is located in Madison, WI. While our primary project base is in Madison and the surrounding areas, we also serve customers throughout the state.
Historically, ESA completes anywhere from 250-350 projects throughout the course of a year; our current workload continues to reflect that trend. The project sizes vary from under 1,000 sq. ft. to over 400,000 sq. ft. Our ability to provide successful project completion requires exceptional project management, timely communication, and most importantly, our field staff is involved in the construction process as early as possible. This involvement process allows us to become familiar with the unique aspects of a project and provide an overall understanding of the design intent. Direct communication with all related trades provides us with crucial information that enables us to effectively manage, schedule, and perform our work in a timely and productive manner. All procedures are done in accordance with the standards set by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB).
